FROM NEW YORK CITY/THE METROPOLITAN AREA:

Take the Long Island expressway east to the end, Exit 73. Pick up Route 58 which turns into Route 25 (the Main Road) in Riverhead. Continue east approximately 20 miles. Albertson Marine is located on Route 25 about one mile east of the center of Southold Village. Watch for the blue Albertson Marine sign.

FROM CONNECTICUT AND NEW ENGLAND:

Take the Cross Sound Ferry from New London, CT, to Orient Point, LI. Turn left out of the parking lot and follow the North Road approximately 8 miles to the blinking traffic light. Continue west on Rt. 48 taking the third left onto Moore's lane. At the intersection, turn right onto Rt. 25 (Main Rd). Albertson Marine is on the left side of the Main Road, in between the villages of Greenport and Southold.

Enter the buoy-marked channel to Budd's Pond from Southold Bay. Go to the end of the floating docks and make a right. Tie up in any available service slip
